Process Flow

Fully automated process from start to finish

  • The product is warmed up by blowing hot air through the bottom of the bin.

  • In the pasteurizer a deep vacuum is first pulled to remove all the air in and around the product. High pressure steam is then released into the chamber, expanding into the load, and uniformly heating up the product to the target pasteurization temperature.

  • The hot pasteurized load is automatically moved onto the roasting platform where high temperature air is pushed through the bin until the desired roasting level is reached.

  • The bins automatically move to the cooling platform where the pasteurized, or pasteurized and roasted load, is cooled with HEPA filtered chilled air until ambient temperature is reached.
